Fred is a Dilligas member from way back and one of the first members.  Fred is an accomplished Banjo picker and electronics technician with 50 years in the hobby.

 Fred, known by his close friends as “Fast Freddy”, adds down home, East Texas country logic to the group.  He holds the record for the longest amplifier building project in the history of Amateur Radio.  However, what Fred lacks in logistic speed, is replaced with cosmic passion for the hobby and his friends.   He and Agnes live is Silsbee, Texas and both have been good friends for many years.
