I will not even try to describe this redoubtable Mentor of Mentor's as I'm not qualified.  There are many that knew him better than I.  I can tell you, Jim was an exceptional man, Ham Radio Operator and friend to all of this group.   I doubt they're few Ham Radio Equipment Builders on the lower bands that Jim didn't  impact at some point in his life with guidance, patience and generosity.

He was a pure ham with pure knowledge of what amateur radio is.  To this day, Jim's  humorous quotes, abilities, accomplishments and contributions to this hobby is common dialog. 

We miss you Jim and God I hope your using him wisely.
